Flash is being used more and more on web sites. Why? Because it adds a touch of flare and if used correctly catched the audience's attention. Any good web designer is capable of putting Flash elements on the web sites that they design. A Web Developer will only put Flash elements on your web site when it is necessary to the message that you are trying to convey.
