What is our process?
Aware Designs is more than just a web designing company. We are what is called Web Developers. This means that we follow a specific process to help you optimize your web site both in design and content. Even the simplest of web sites benefit from this process.
1. Interview
Before we can determine the best solution for you or your business, we need to find out what your goals are. This is called the interview and is free of charge. You will be given a survey to fill out and return to us. It is also your chance to ask questions.
2. Analysis
We review your survey and make determinations such as target audience.
3. Scope of work
This is where we build the specifications of your web site. It includes such things as layout, content and navigation. We will give you a proposal for your review.
4. Design and Development
Once we receive a signed proposal, a prototype of your web site is created for your approval.
5. Final Design and Proof
Based on your imput, the final design of the web site is completed. It is proofed to make sure that there are no errors and we make sure that it is compliant with all current internet standards.
6. Search Engine Optimization
A web site does not do you any good unless your target audience can find it. We make sure that it is found in all popular search engines readily. Think of this as promoting your web site.
7. Maintenance
Your web site is updated and kept current according to your specifications.
